What is the VSME standard?
The Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs is a standardised way for smaller companies to share sustainability information with banks, customers and other stakeholders.
Is my company legally required to report?
VSME reporting is voluntary. It becomes useful when a bank, customer or procurement team asks your company for sustainability or ESG information.
How long does it take?
Most companies should be able to complete the Basic Module in an afternoon when the relevant business information is available.
Does Klarform cover the Comprehensive Module?
The first version focuses on the Basic Module. Comprehensive Module support is planned for a future release.
